An Enquiry Into The Turning of The World, from 2008 to the present
When I saw an advertisement a live webcast of the dawn light entering New Grange on solstice 2008 I decided to watch it. However, the dawn was overcast at New Grange, but not at Killiney where I was staying. As the dawn of the winter solstice rose, the colours in the sky were lividly dramatic, and they continue in the memory. As the world turned on the visuality of that moment, the realisation of an alternative to time as a measure existence and a way to envision consciousness began to emerge.
The drawings began as the idea of an infinite series and there are about 1500 so far, presented in series of 365, and it continues.
